    Purchased a Transmission and after installing it lost all forward gears . Removed trans and took back to them . They were supposed to go through it again . After getting it back I put the trans back in and it would only take off in 2nd gear and would lose reverse when hot . Do not buy a trans from them. Service: Transmission

    Sold me a transmission and was not rebuilt. Told my son about him before I was able to get mine put in. Well he screwed him too. Neither transmissios were rebuilt. Took both to professional and said that neither one of them had never been ever been rebuilt. They were just cleaned up and painted. Service: Transmission

    Not worth a dime. My truck is still not fixed. Been there 10 months to fix transmission. Already paid for. Had to take back because of leaking transmission fluid. Cant work on mine because employees works on their cars on Stiles time or taking more work in and refuse to work on mine. HAVE A GOOD DAY!

    Ricky and Bob Stiles are great. Rick runs the office. Bob is usually in the shop unless he is driving the wrecker. They are great people.

    Horrible experience! Paid up front on Friday to have a motor pulled that was suppose to be ready on Monday, and still nothing. So the next Friday comes around and still nothing, so he finally calls me the following Monday saying when he finally got it pulled but the block was cracked smh, when before purchase I specifically asked was it a good running engine and was told it runs smooth as silk lol. Don't waste your time with these clowns...
