Very disorganized. Called and asked about a part availability at 8am and was told it would be ready for me when I got there and after driving 3 and a half hours one way I was told that they were not going to get it off the car til the next day. After asking them if I waited they still would not help remedy their mistake and I was told no. BEWARE IF DRIVING FROM AND DISTANT TO THIS PLACE THAT YOU MIGHT WASTE YOUR DAY AS I DID AND THEY WILL NOT TRY TO HELP IN ANY WAY.

Prices change daily never heard of such....Given a price over the phone then you get you make price higher.

Pitiful. Drove from TN to pick up an item purchased online. Was told the item would be ready for pick up but after a 4 hour drive they said that they had already sold the item and didn’t have anything comparable. Completely unprofessional and I recommend you find somewhere else to do business with.

Will not ever use this scrap yard again. Sold me the wrong part, then Justin wouldn’t refund me the whole amount for his lack of knowledge. Charged me a 20% restocking fee for his mistake. Much better options out there.
