Jim fortunately answered the phone and listened when I told him my situation of needing help while me, my sister and our 4 dogs broke down on the side of the highway, while traveling from NC to IL. He offered to pick us up and brought us 45 minutes to a dealership. He arrived quickly, rested our worries of the dogs still in our vehicle (with AC running), got us safely to a Nissan dealership where we were also greeted with exceptional service. After a scary and unfamiliar situation, Jim went out of his way to save the day for us and we were so thankful and lucky to have had him near by! THANK YOU JIMService: Car towing

They rip good people off!!!! Find another repair facility! $125.00 to be pulled from a ditch after being told I don't have that kind of money, he did it anyways and then threatens to impound my car and call the sheriff's department!!! He told me the price AFTER he pulled me out!!! AFTER!!! Shady people!
