I called them five times, got four different quotes, made two appointments that never materialized, and never spoke to the same person. I never got a call or text beyond the initial contact and had to hassle them to try and take the car. I ended up going with another dealer who got it done in one go. Oh well.

Tried calling to sell my car three times. Once they said they would call me back in 10 minutes to make sure it was ok with his manager to make the buy. 3 hours later I tried calling back and left a voicemail. Didn’t hear anything back. Just tried to call and I got hung up on when I explained I was calling to sell my car and I had called earlier and they never called me back. I even made sure they had my phone number.

They were super efficient and nice!!! Not what I expected from a junkyard company. But guys this company is in Orlando not in Longwood I don’t know why Google has this set up this way. Just FYI

They were very professional and courteous. They were on time and honest with the cash. I would definitely call them again if needed and will reccomend them to anyone needing a junk car removed.
