Chase and his crew were phenomenal. They came out within a few hours of my initial request to provide an estimate. He and JJ were very friendly and informative. I called the corporate number to schedule the actual job and they scheduled for the very next day. Not all of the information I shared with the scheduler made it to the local crew which caused a major hiccup. Chase did not skip a beat. He told me not to worry and got on his phone in my driveway (didn’t even leave my house) to try to resolve the issue. He came back moments later and said problem solved! The local team went far above and beyond to get the equipment they needed to my house so they could deliver as scheduled. Again, they did not leave my house! They waited in my driveway for the equipment and didn’t leave until the job was done! To say I am shocked and impressed with the local crew’s commitment to customer satisfaction is an understatement! Junk King has been very helpful in the past and was so again for this latest cleanup. They removed some big, heavy things, including a very, very large wrought iron parrot cage and a barbecue and also some miscellaneous things like a big old broken resin plant pot, rusty plant snippers, wobbly shoe shelves, and more. They were on time, responsive, fast, friendly and professional. A truckload of paper/plastic/cardboard from an interstate move was removed quickly and efficiently. Crew was available at the time I called and came within an hour.
