I finally purged my house of a good few years of “stuff” that just kept building up. When I finished I said to my husband… “I NEED someone to come get this, like, yesterday.” And they did what felt like exactly that. I went on the website that night, filled out the form, got on the schedule for the next day between 2-4. I was so excited to get an appointment so soon but being antsy just to get rid of all this… I was hoping for sooner and they ended up running early. Best news ever. They showed up 30 minutes later just like they said they would when they called. They were quick, professional, polite! All in all awesome experience… and the price was very reasonable and worth every cent. So psyched to have stumbled upon them on our google search!

Second time using Junk Kings, had a better experience this time.Setting the appointment was easy, got a call when the employees were 10 minutes to arrival. Showed up, gave us a cost and cleaned out a several rooms. Quick and easy.Better experience than when I used them at my home to clean out the basement and remove an old furnace. When they got there to do the work they did not have the right tools to take the furnace out of the basement. They cleaned out the basement but I still have an old furnace that needs to be removed.

Hey everyone,The team at Junk King were so helpful in getting a dumpster for an elderly customer of mine who wanted to empty his storage unit at a good cost and in a certain time frame. The customer service reps were outstanding and the gentleman who dropped off the dumpster helped show my customer how to open the dumpster and keep the door from swinging shut, then how to close it when he was done. They coordinated a pick up time for the customer so others couldn't fill the dumpster with their things, and even took a picture of what he was throwing away so they knew if someone added to the pile in the dumpster. My customer suffered a stroke, and their kindness in taking his info was truly appreciated. Great job Junk King. I will recommend you to everyone I know! The men were GREAT! They needed to remove a 50-gallon hot water tank from my basement and get it through a very narrow space at the top. I had been told by someone else that that they would have to cut it in pieces but through patience and intelligence they got it out intact.
