I was in need of this service on Saturday. Mr. Cobb was very responsive and helped guide me through all the steps before driving from Florida to Rocky Mount, NC. I estimated how much I was needing to move. However, when I got into town, I realized (quickly) that I had FAR more the amount to move that I estimated for Mr. Cobb. I was disappointed and hoping this wouldn't be an issue. Mr. Cobb and Philip not only had NO issue with the extra work load, but had terrific and positive attitudes. The quote was higher than what was estimated (which was completely understandable), yet still very fair. Mr. Cobb and Philip made an already stressful situation much easier. They were also fast, and genuinely showed how much they were there for me and what I needed done. Pricing was so good i couldnt let them go without hiring on the spot. they were here and got everything i asked and then some. Very reasonable pricing.
