I used Junk Unlimited twice in the span of a month. The first time was on 7/3 over the July 4th weekend to clear out a small storage bin in my father's retirement community. I was very impressed that Ray was able to come out the same day over the holiday weekend and get the job done quickly and professionally for a very reasonable price.I next hired JU for a much larger job: to clear out my father's large independent living apartment (he had recently been transitioned to assisted living). I was able to sell of quite a bit of items including some large furniture pieces, but some items still remained, including a large breakfront and an old adjustable bed.Ray and another mover came out precisely at the scheduled time and were prepared for the job. They brought the necessary tools and contractor's bags to get things taken apart and moved out. Taking apart the breakfront and bed were big jobs, but Ray patiently got the job done.The total cost, again, was very reasonable and I was able to complete the clear out in time to sign the unit back to retirement community and release my dad from further payments. The clean out was a very stressful period for me and came up quickly and unexpectedly, but knowing that Ray and JU could handle the job really put my mind at ease. I can't say enough about how great the service was. The team was professional, communicated well and got the job done on a short timeline. I came from out of town to clean out my brother's apartment and having this done with no problems really eased my mind in what was an emotional process. They did a great job removing an extremely heavy old hot water heater. It took a lot of effort, but they figured out how to get it done and did it. The price was reasonable. Not the cheapest,; other cheaper company was unreliable. Dud not show up twice. Junk Unlimited contacted me when they were on their way, came on time, was professional, courteous. THIS IS THE COMPANY THAT DESERVES 10 STARS AND ABOVE. 5 stars does not seem like enough to describe how amazing, phenomenal, and efficient this company was!!! The owner got out and helped with the pick up and proceeded to help out in any way possible! They were so down to earth and made this whole experience so much easier. I used them to help my sister move out for her birthday to start renting her townhome out and it brought her to tears of joy. They were an hour early and left within the hour with a truck full of donations, trash, and miscellaneous items. I’m so happy I used them and can’t wait to use them for the next service!! These guys were AWESOME, met with Ray and one of his other guys (John I think?) but they did a fantastic job. Shed cleaned out in 2 hours. Will definitely recommend to family,friends and will be a repeat customer. The crew, Ray and Dasaun, were professional, polite and powerful. Ray and his crew showed up and did not slow down for one minute. They pulled up and got straight to it. Fast, efficient, CLEAN, and most of all reliable. Had an issue with the county pulling the permit. Long story short Ray came through and literally saved the day. Even though I was just outside his areas of service they showed up on time. This is my second time using them and it won’t be my last.
