I needed help to empty my mother’s house after her passing. I called Just Junk It and was able to schedule an appointment right away. The crew arrived promptly as scheduled and quickly had all of the junk out of the house. Thank you, Dakota, Thomas, and Doug, for a job well done!

Just had Dakota, Thomas, and Doug empty garage and a barn. They called beforehand and we’re able to come out earlier tan scheduled which was a huge help for me. They were friendly, quick and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!!

We had to get 2 containers within a few days of each other. Brandon brought the first one out as planned and the very next day was able to pick it up and leave an empty one in it's stead. We filled it up and he picked it up as scheduled. In fact, earlier because we let them know we were ready for it to be picked up. The company is very easy to work with and Brandon was very conscientious of my yard and concerns.

Dakota and team showed up on time. They were quick and efficient in getting the furniture out of the apartment and hauled away. I’d definitely recommend them for anyone needing to clear out their junk.

We are huge fans of Dakota - he was incredibly helpful, efficient and prompt in a number of jobs he did for us on our small farm, our house and my parent’s farm. He removed an old large shed on our property, a significant amount of building materials and an old pool shed at my parents. He has great people and communication skills - he interacted well with my parents and he is an excellent problem solver. Highly recommend him!

Scheduled them over a month ago to come out today and clean out two storage buildings. I had family traveling from Indiana to be here for the clean out. I got a text confirming the appointment yesterday with an arrival time between 8 and 12. This morning, we got up early and went to the property. After about an hour, I called the company to confirm that they were still coming, and they confirmed that they would be there soon. We waited several more hours before getting a call that they would not be able to make it out there today and needed to reschedule a few weeks out. I told them that wasn't acceptable because we had family who had traveled to be here. They said that their truck broke down, but she would check and see if they could try to still come. About an hour later, she called back and told me that they could not come because the whole crew was sick. What!?!? Which one is it? If the crew was sick, why couldn't they have called me earlier? Or better yet, the day before instead of sending out a confirmation! I asked to speak with a manager, and she put me on hold for about 10 minutes and came back and said there was not a manager available but that he would call me back within an hour. I said I would just wait on hold until he was available, but she said she couldn't do that. Guess what? He never called back. I will be booking with someone else.

Just Junk It is awesome! I’ve used them for cleaning out rental units, and for picking up the odd item I didn’t want to deal with. Fair prices, and the guys that showed up were very polite.

They should up and communicate well with scheduling. Very efficient. Would highly recommend. Dakota Thomas and Doug were lots of help with the heavy equipment
