On two separate Saturdays, he came on the same day we called to get pretty large hauls of items from our home, including linoleum, plywood and old wood flooring, carpets and padding, a toilet, a vanity, and some additional assorted stuff. I use k Brooks junk removal services to remove a couch, a dresser, and several other items of furniture. Throughout the process Kyle and his team were very professional and responsive. He was the first to respond with a quote.His prices were exactly the same as other junk removal services. I ended up needing about 1/3 of a truck. he made it easy for me to text him photos so that we could be sure that his quote was accurate. He got bonus points for communication. He provided a 2 hour window for pick up, and the morning of he texted 30 minutes before arrival and 5 minutes before he pulled up. He was flexible when I needed to change the date and showed up on time when he said he would. He and his teammate moved several pieces of furniture and were in and out in under 20 minutes.
