I had a remodeling project I was working on and I went there multiple times in a three-week period. Like any second hand donation store you never know what you're going to find and products change frequently. Their strategy is to price about 50% of full retail. That pricing is higher than a lot of other second hand stores and of course you don't get any warranty. If you find you need to take an item back for any reason make sure you keep your receipt. If I can make a suggestion to the management, there are things I would have bought if the price was better. It made more sense for me to buy a new from retail store on sale and pay slightly more and get a warranty. All the employees were friendly and helpful with one exception. The manager at the front counter was a little curt with me and not that friendly with a couple other customers. Maybe a bad few days?

I purchased 2 tops and a pair of vapes for just over $11, so that was a great deal! But a lot of the other items they have were extremely overpriced for a thrift store. I'm talking close to being what you would pay full price in a regular store.

The staff is actually very friendly! And I love making donations here! (So two stars for that!)However, it is clear the good stuff goes very quickly and MOST of the stuff in the store looks like it's time to get tossed. I can't even browse in there. Ew. Just my opinion. Good luck!

The staff was really friendly and helpful there's things in there that I thought they wouldn't have and I would have selection of blinds a lot of building products like adhesives paint thinners, paint removers and everything else you can think of to fix up your house.. go there get in done. Your house is waiting.. I like that place.. oh.. unodat!!

The prices are way too high for a "thrift store" ... If they wanted to charge that much at least keep it clean in there. I was looking through jeans and saw roaches on them. To me, if you're getting free items and claim to be "for humanity" make a fair price. Don't charge 20 bucks for a shirt just because it still has tags on it that say the original price is $40. That's called greedy. Would much more recommend Blooming tails in Puhi or Blessings Thrift Shop in Kilauea. Which is a shame considering i'm closer to the west side.

Cool thrift shop with good prices. I got three dresses here and a swimsuit top! The dressing room has a fan which is nice because there's no AC. Make sure you check the store hours before you go because they seem super random

There is a pretty good variety of household things you can buy there. Ranging from plenty of tools and appliances; Decent amounts of clothes and fabrics; And a mediocre amount of entertainment products such as DVDs and videos games. Service is alright in terms of helping the customer. Just for the variety of old and new things at a cheap price, 4 stars IMO.
