Great customer service and great prices! I will definitely be back and do all my part shopping here. Called last week and had them locate a part for me, they called and I went to pick it up. Ended up being the wrong part but it was my fault for not researching more of what all year models would interchange on my Jeep. Again, completely my fault, so they located another Jeep that would work and pulled the part right then and there for me! Exceptional customer service in my opinion and I’m very happy with this place!!! 5 stars all the way!

Great customer service! They didn't have the part but took the time to find someone that did, I mean that's unheard of in the salvage business. If they did have the part no hesitation I would buy from them and they are now my first choice when searching for any parts. Highly recommend!

Poor service, sold me a rusty fender an refused to adjust price. Sold dented hood with a rip in the liner and refused to adjust the price. Refused to sell hood hinges because they wouldn't remove another hood for just the hinges , why not just sell me the hood with the hinges, not the one already removed... makes no sense. First and last time I'll shop there.

Told me they would have my part at desk when I arrived. Didn't. Turns out they had no idea what they were talking about and wasted 2 hours of my time

I just baught for$450 a engine from them and they totaly cut everything up and it took me half a day to replace the unnecessary stuff they did like cut the harness one inch away from plugs out of sheer lazyness. And when i called they they just told me too bad thats how they do it! So if u want a engine u dont have to replace unnecessary harnesses dont buy from them!!!! I REPEAT DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!! THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THERE CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!

I called and ordered an engine and they shipped the wrong one. They were quick to make it right and got it shipped out and delivered in the time frame I needed.

I sent a driver 100 miles to pick up a part that was "on the shelf". I asked if they needed to verify that it was ready before my driver came to pick it up. They said no and would not go check. When he got there they didn't have it. I won't be back.
