Tows people illegally and charges a " police call fee". Even when you talk to the police and they say you were parked legally and should not have been towed. Won't be surprised if this place gets sued soon.

I was scared to drive home from Strasburg to Canton Friday night from work in the snow storm, so I called 911 to send the highway patrol to sit behind me while I was on the side of the highway and to help me locate a tow truck company. The officer contacted Keith’s towing!!! This gentleman truly went above and beyond and made sure myself and a coworker made it home safe. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist me tonight and I am truly thankful for Keith. Very nice man and very affordable! It’s no mystery why he’s been in business for so long. Requested a tow for my Jeep to get towed from Mineral City to Massillon, reached out to them around noon and they wasted my time all day telling me they’ll come tow me just to be told at 10:30 they’re “too beat up” from work to come tow me now and what to do it on Monday when I came to them on Friday at noon. If you don’t have the time or don’t want to tow something for someone then don’t tell that you will all day long just to not do it.

Keith’s towing company was a life saver. My car broke down in my travels down 77 from Cleveland. I initially called roadside assistance through my insurance policy and did not get any help after 3 hours from them. The highway patrol called Keith’s towing for me and he was there within 15 minutes at 2:30 am. He was kind and courteous. He dropped us off and helped with our vehicle the next morning getting it to dealership. If you need any help with car towing Keith’s should be top of your list. Besides the great response time he is genuinely a nice person. Thanks for helping us in a dire situation.
