Was on hold for a few minutes to start. Needed a wheel bearing bolt for a dodge truck. it's a specific 12 point bolt that u can not buy at a hardware store. I called and was told no we do not sell bolts and hardware, so I will give the dealer my $35 for it and wait for 5 days to get it, because selling a bolt isn't worth their time. I would have gave them the $35 for it, I just need it today. It's about how much they can make off of you instead of how they can help you. Good business strategy I guess... good luck with that. I won't ever do any business with them from now on.

Needed tires for the kids minivan, hooked us up all around, sooner and less than the original quote.Then a few months ago the mother board on my wife's Jeep Wrangler stopped working. I don't remember who I talked with in the phone but he did us great. Instead of paying the inflated price between $1200 and $2800 as dealerships and other repair places quoted we paid around $480 total for a OEM part. Her Jeep runs like it should be. Great job Guys, you've got two new customers.
