Not only did they refuse to adjust rates based on insurance payout but they also agreed to do the work and never discussed their premium in rates until I was ready to pick my vehicle up at which time they informed me that I could pay the difference out of pocket and take it up with my insurance. I also noticed that after having replaced the front bumper, the plastic inserts below the fog lights were reused from the old bumper and still had minor defects in them. The damage remaining is not a major issue for me but taken into account with a total lack of communication regarding rates and issues that they were having with insurance before passing said charges on to their customer, I would not recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Did a great job even cleaned my car in the inside. One thing tho, the old guy that does the cleaning of the car likes to argue with clients. They had gotten some black stuff on my seats and he swore no one sat there when I asked him about it. But they had to of to fix that side. Kenny fixed me up and I'm very happy! Would recommend them highly

𝓜𝓻 kent is an awesome dude and i love the guy that paints he was real nice and sweet to me even tho my car been there about 3 weeks due to the hurricane Laura but it was all worth it.. and will be coming to see them again if something happen to my car but praying i don’t have to bring it to the shop again... i go pick up my car today 9/8/20 I’m so excited.. lol I’ve literally been going up there everyday to look at my car and it’s looking good. They just putting my baby back together and she will be on the road today... i definitely recommend this shop to anyone.Services: Body & Trim, Painting

Went by Kent's Collision to have Sun roof checked. Was having a problem with it closing. Mechanic spent about 20-30 mins adjusting window closure height. Was very pleased with my visit. Will definitely be using this business again. Office personel and shop staff took time to make me feel my problem was important to them.

They took almost 3 months to get my truck back to me, and for two months promised that they would have it ready "next week." They always had some excuse as to why the vehicle wasn't ready, and finally decided to actually work on it after we got ugly with them.
