This shop is very polite, willing to work with you when you need repairs or anything else done. Awesome place to get parts if they can order or already have in shop or in the yard. They check everything while they work on your vehicle and will call u to tell you if any changes happen or need anything. They will tell you if anything will need fixing in the future.I would recommend this shop to anyone.They will take good care of you

If you are in need of a big car repair and nervous about who to trust. KNEER'S IS YOUR PLACE. Professional, reliable, makes you feel like family. I had a new/slightly used engine and transmission put in my car with over 150,000 miles. They worked with me and really made me feel okay about the whole process. While it took a bit of time to repair, understandably so, they were great. A couple weeks later, I had a small leak. They fixed it at no charge under their warranty and I had my car back within 24 hours. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Not to mention they offer 24/7 towing. This is hard to find within the automotive repair industry. Told me they had what I needed told me they would call me back when it was pulled. Never pulled the part or called me so I called back and said they had it for more than what they told me 3 days earlier then called me back 2 hours later to tell me they didn't have it after all. Waited 4 days total for absolutely nothing.
