The folks here were more than helpful. They went above and beyond to help us out during a huge time crunch. Did everything they could to help us get weighed out fast. Very pleased with everyone here. Best scrap yard I have ever been to.

Kool recycling always takes off a few pounds off what you bring them. I crush all my cans and take them there and the last time they took off 5 lbs. I won't go back to them. You have to give a thumb print to sell cans and they take your picture.

The recycling center is very disorganized, the road you have to drive on through the junk yard is littered with metal and the workers were loading a tractor trailer truck with a magnet and drug the metal right over my truck, just hanging in the air above me. Very unsafe and extremely slow.

They do their best to service your needs under demanding situations.
