I like the vehicle I bought, but I felt like I got the bait and switch. I felt like I was rushed. I didn't know that they also had a lot in Pella, then found out Pella had a vehicle that was what I was looking for. I have to say the employees were very nice.

Just went in to service my 2012 focus with over 108000mi and has not given any trouble. They have a nice waiting room with hot coffee and a TV. Friendly staff ready to answer questions. My wife bought a car from this dealership at there old location. And was happy. No high pressure sales... PS everyone probably knows who I am from my vehicle description 😅
