Our garbage service is timely and kind! If we don't put the bin to the curb (due to weather)they drive in and check if we still need it taken! We have also used them for big dumpster construction clean up, drop off and pick up all in one day If! Super Fast and VERY accommodating. If you call on the phone, they always answer with no pre-recorded messages!Services: Construction debris removal, House & garage cleanouts, Junk removal, Donated goods pickup, Yard debris removal

Extremely disappointed with Lakers Sanitation in New Prague. The driver has wrecked our driveway while turning around and leaving ruts, of course for us to fix and haul in gravel to fix it at our expense. I politely called a couple weeks ago to say something, only to catch him still doing it. Called today and all the owner can say is, "well it's not worth our time or cost effective to come out there then if we cant turn around there, so we will just cancel your service." Wow! Some business owners just dont care aboutthier customers! POOR and CHEAP customer service!#customerserviceisgarbage #commoncourtesy#showrespect #bereasonableNo apology nothing!!!
