Stoped by the shop today looking for a part. The guy at the front desk was direct, but knowledgeable . I think his name was Mike. He gave us a card and told us where to look for our parts.

police towed my car there the receptiones was so rude the closed before 5pm so my car had to stay another night next day the same women kept being really rude im glamy i didnt have to see her face since i sent a tow to get ny car. Service: Car towing

Fail. They did not honor a 10 a.m. appointment scheduled the night before as also indicated in other reviews. The excuse they gave was 2 drivers were sent out to an accident and would be 35 minutes late. This put a kink in other arrangements made with the repair shop and still showing up to work on time. That's why I called to schedule in advance. They should only have sent 1 driver to the accident and kept one so as to not renege on a scheduled appointment. Custom Towing on the other hand came through last minute at a time when Langley's failed.

Legally sold a vehicle in March, reported it as sold to the DMV in May, and because they couldn't auction the car, they are trying to come after me for the balance. Again, rude as usual. I don't owe you a dime, and you'll never see a some from me. I was not legally obligated to that car the day I sold it. Regardless of when or if the other person ever registered it, regardless of when the sale was reported. Might want to check with DMV for the name and address it was sold to, and when, and go after them. I'm not doing your job by giving you that information since you have now been rude to me multiple times over a car I have no legal obligation to. Have fun with that hunk of scrap.

We called to get my car towed from mid Portland back to Vancouver. They got there within 45 min and were very helpful. He got my car hooked up nice without much trouble. We had left earlier than he did but somehow he got to the mechanics before us so we didn't have to wait. Mothers Day. Right front walked out of the ball joint. Guy was really good to the car, 1998 but treated it like a new car. Did no damage getting it up on the back of his truck- I was sweating it. It is wildly irresponsible for Clark county to rely on this company.I was pulled over and charged with a DUI (found not guilty btw) the next day was the Sunday before labor day and my charge to reaffirm my car was increased because "it's a holiday weekend"Okay I guess sure. We were told to show up sometime in a 45 minute window. Not only did I write this down but I made the call on speaker and the two people in the room were listening. We show up in the window and when we show up nobody is around. call them a few times because apparently they can't be bothered to answer the phone (holiday weekend, right?) And when this lady finally answers she tells me that I was supposed to show up at a specific time and now they are adding an extra $100 for "not showing up to my scheduled appointment"Her advice? "WELL MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T DRIVE DRUNK" (oh by the way I'd like to thank the police for illegally disclosing the arrest info to a civilian. Washington is a real staple of morality)Couldn't agree more. Again, not guilty.I can sympathize with thanklessly running a business that likely deals primarily with hungover, irritated people. But if you read through the comments it's pretty clear they think they have the right to judge the people that are forced to deal with their business.Here's some free advice; if your life is so damn miserable that you resort to extortion to afford yourself something resembling a position of power I suggest moving to Florida or perhaps a third world country.Like I said when you gave me my keys back, have a nice day.
