Jennifer has awful customer service skills and she was downright RUDE. I will tell everyone I know how awful my experience was.

They're great, very professional! Had to order seat belts and one was held up at the Canadian border, so arrived a day later than expected. They had them ready for me when I arrived, though, and seat belts are in great condition for being used.

The WORST parts company I have ever dealt with! We ordered a part for our vovlvo, it needed to be shipped from Massachusetts to Maine, Great! Paid for the part by credit card and awaited arrival the next day - The morning of pickup we get a call that the part is missing, after a round of calls leading all the way up to management the best the could offer was a refund.

Very helpful staff. They are willing to go the extra mile for you until you walk out the door. After I discovered the $6100 LS2 engine and transmission that they sold me in "perfect running condition" had a blown torque converter and needed an $1150 rebuild, they were not willing to help. The manager said their warranty was "pretty much worthless" if the engine goes into a different model car. This company goes back on their words and sells defective products. BUYER BEWARE!

Price for used parts are the same as new. They wanted more than 300$ for taillights and I ordered them new for like 320. They wanted 50$ a tire, got em for 10$ at cia... Place is a rip off

I only called them and I asked for a 2001 Ford Focus motor, and the prices are extremely expensive. The highest mileage motor was 115,000 and the price was $800 and I could get a motor from a different place with 85,000 miles on it for less then one with 115,000. This car is only a 4 cylinder, so I don't understand who in there right mind would price a motor at or above $800

Found near mint OEM wheel for '08 auto damaged by hidden pothole; cheaper than other places that didn't HAVE the wheel. Carries more than aftermarket. VERY pleased.Just visited again (04/2019) to replace cracked Honda Pilot rear tail light assembly (be careful backing up in -20° weather when city trash containers are blocking driveway...plastic cracks much easier, sigh). Parts guy quickly described how easy to change out. He was right; replaced in 2 minutes in warm(er) weather. 4 minute You Tube with detailed explanation even better (what NOT TO DO that says "to do" in Pilot manual!!!) Teen helped by verifying lights work. I can get vehicle inspected!BTW: Local Honda Dealer-- part, none in 3 local states, no backorder predicted, at all: $216.50 part (but unavailable)+ $110 labor vs. LKQ: $105.50 aftermarket (mint, 2 on-site) part, $0 labor (me).
