Randall you saved our lives 2 nights ago...we were moving to Colorado and I bought a new battery before hand and the guy at auto parts store sold me the wrong one. 30 miles outside Elko it just shutdown in 12 deg weather and had my 2 dogs, wife and 4 ur old son. We were huddled for a few hours with only a few emergency candles and hot hands I got before the trip. AAA was horrible in communication with lostra and we had to wait for 3 hours huddled together freezing.....all AAA's fault.When lostra finally got there we were met by the nicest guy you'll ever meet RANDALL! He immediately put us in his truck with the heater going and we finally got some relief and towed us back to Elko to the hotel. He also came the next day to charge my battery enough to get me to parts store to get another brand new battery that was the correct one and had no issues from then on....made it to Colorado safe and sound. I was just getting onto the freeway towing my forty foot fifth wheel trailer when I blew the hose off of the turbocharger on my diesel engine. I called Lustre Bros. They sent a truck out immediately. The driver knew his craft well and had my truck loaded up in no time.. The driver was very polite and courteous. He offered me water or juice. I rode in the truck to the nearest dealership. I was able to get the paperwork done while the driver dropped off the truck. He then brought the keys to me at the service desk. He was able to take my Credit Card payment via his phone. The towing fee was fair. Once payment was made he was off to his next assignment. I would highly recommend this towing company.Service: Car towing

James is freaking AMAZING!!!!!!!!I can't even describe how at ease he put me when my family experienced one of the worst nights of our lives.2 of our vehicles and our home were very damaged due to a high speed police chase involving a drunk driver. My 2 year old son, husband, father In law and myself could of been killed.James put me at ease and helped me calm down, he helped me so much more than the police did! They wouldn't even talk to me, yet James talked me through everything he could and explained the process, as he has had other experiences with tragedies like mine. I have a panic disorder so this attention was really important to me. He didnt dismiss me like the cops but talked me through everything as kindly and patiently as possible. It really meant a lot to me.He took the time to listen to our concerns, even though that isnt part of his job title. He's a very sweet guy and you can tell he cares about the people he tows for. He is a great guy overall and cares about the people he helps. I would give him 100 stars if i could!James deserves a raise for being so wonderful. I wish I could do more for him, but I hope this review at least gets seen by his supervisor and they compensate him for being a wonderful and caring employee.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

horrible business. I am in the middle of nowhere, literally only 3 tow companies within a 60 mile radius. I called Lostra Bros for service and when I asked for a price for the tow, he gave me a very vague price. When i asked for a better estimate, he said to find somebody else and hung up. Very rude people when you're stuck in the middle of nowhere. And anyone who can't give you a good estimate is a crook.
