These guys are awful. If you're getting a good price on something it's because it's damaged. Customer service is seriously lacking, and they are flat out rude. If you buy something and try having it shipped double the amount of time it should take to get it because they won't actually ship it until a week later., but have no problem taking your money right away. I buy a lot of parts and have never had suck a terrible experience with a wrecking yard. These guys are hacks.

We order a Audi headlight from them came in with broken tabs that they had sand down to hidden them. Call and asked for a replace that they had was told no just sent it back made multiple call after sending it back trying to get a refund was hung up on put on hold for 30 min then hung up on I finally had to dispute it with my credit card company to get my money back. These people give wrecking yards a bad name don"t buy from them.

Too bad they don't have a 0 star rating because this is the ratting they deserve. To make a long story short I ordered a ABS brake actuator for a 2006 Lexus RX400h. I drove 2 1/2 hours to there business because they verified that the part was in stock and low and behold when I get there it wasn't there. When I asked them why in the world would they tell me its here and have me drive 5 hours round trip the employee Issa's response was " I DONT NO WHAT TO TELL YOU, MY BAD BRO". This is the worst ran business I have ever come into contact with. I will never use them again and I hope everyone who is thinking about purchasing parts from this company thinks twice and reads this comment before they make the same mistake I did by giving them a chance. Beware, you have been warned.

These people are cheaters, scams, lowest people on earth....This people are scams. I bought one car from auction and once i got title i saw they were sellers. After i checked the car, they took almost all parts. they took sound amplifier, parking sensors, horn, speakers, and even they put different cooling fan on its place. I had to spend around 8000$ to buy all that parts they had and fix it. Then i saw them selling those parts on ebay. they had account called luxuaryland on ebay. They made my live really difficult. till now the car doesnt run good. I bought the car for 18000$. it was 2013 lexus gs350.overall they are scam, not honest people, and will screw anyone for just a small amount of money. IGNORE THIS PEOPLE.

Ordered tail lamp for 2010 RX 350 sourced out by Allstate Insurance for a repair, they would not do COD so I prepaid with our company cc. Arrived well wrapped but lamp broken in 3 different places and looked horrible , called them and told them right away and they said they didn't have another lamp to send out and they would refund our cc. They asked for pictures and I sent they said no problem. 1 month later still no refund and now they say they won't be rufunding and won't send a shipping label to take back junk part. Owner very unprofessional and hung up on me, he acts like he doesn't care and won't be in biz long. If I wasn't in Vegas I would go pay him a visit in person. Cowards and horrible parts. Don't bother using , I am advising Allstate to remove them from any list to use for used parts.

'Hole-in-the-wall' place for really hard-to-find (Cadillac) parts. I should've went here first. The guys there are helpful and go out of their way to find what you need.

I bought a car from them at the Auction and when I got it, I noticed that the muffler was held together by a wire hanger. So I digged deeper and found that the frame was welded together as if it was fixed in a third world country! I'm filing a complaint with the state, because they are FRAUDS and SCAM artists! Beware! Stay Away from this business!
