    Called right before closing to see if they had any Mini Coopers and luckily they did, seems like a vehicle that's not easy to find used parts for. The next day I stopped by and Alyssa remembered what I was looking for. Even though it wasn't the same generation I was looking for, Alyssa brought my out into the yard. Luckily the part I needed was on the Mini's they had and it was exactly like the current generation part. Thanks for your help!!Will definitely recommend!

    Excellent company. Alyssa was very professional, prompt, considerate, and took care of every detail. The quality of the used door was great re color match, fit, etc. To Top it all off, it started raining while I was securing the door to my trailer, and Alyssa came out w an umbrella. Good people, fair price and great service.

    It was nice to talk to a live person, I had called LKQ I believe it isAnd all I could get was a recording and then they hang up or they hung up on me it was use their automated or else. Won't be doing any business with them!

    We ordered a 4.2 Ford engine after installing it we found it was losing water out the exhaust pipe. It appeared this engine had two new heads. Billy sent us a replacement engine & it was knocking time it was installed. Two bad engines with lots of labor lost.

    Alyssa has exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure our engine purchase went well. She even sent me pics of it before they sent it to me. Forever thankful.     They sell defective junk parts and always tell you: “NO WARRANTY. And we won’t pull the parts unless you come to store and pay beforehand!”

    I purchased a front differential worked good. Called back and ordered the transfer case. Had my mechanic install it. Turns out there is a noise coming from transfer case. Called them, they got it taken care of. Will continue to do business
