Hello, Future customers of Magnussen Toyota of Palo Alto. I like to share my amazing purchase experience of my New 2022 Toyota Camry XSE. As there has been a huge shortage of vehicles in the car market I was able to communicate with their saleswoman Ms. Sadaf Khoshnevis. Sadaf was able to find me the vehicle model and color along with the options that I wanted in a very short amount of time. I had not seen the vehicle in person at all however Sadaf sent me many detailed information and pictures while communicating with me and we were able to make an amazing deal after all.She was very polite and professional and returned my calls and fast response through email and text messages. I highly recommend you contact or work with her if you are in the market for a new Toyota.

I was hugely disappointed with the Toyota dealership in Palo Alto (also called Magnussen’s Toyota of Palo Alto).Here is what I learned by communicating with Toyota dealers in the Bay Area about a specific new Toyota that I wanted to purchase: Magnussen’s Palo Alto charged about $7,3000 markup above MSRP. Another Toyota dealer wanted no markup above MSRP. Two other Toyota dealers charged a markup of about $3995 and $2500. So it felt to me as if Magnussen’s was demanding too much money for the same make and model compared to other Toyota dealers.A second disappointment at Magnussen’s Toyota of Palo Alto was that their salesperson told me that when they obtained the car that I was interested in, that they would have a markup of $2,000 to $5,000 above MSRP. Further, the salesperson said that since I live in a nearby city, I would not have to pay the upper end of that markup range. But when a new car that I wanted was available to the Magnussen dealership, the salespersons cited the price with a markup of about $7,3000 so I was disappointed in the salesperson’s inability to be accurate. I know what the salesperson told me because I took notes as to the price and potential markup above MSRPI sent a complaint via email to both the sales manager and the general manager. Never heard from the general manager. The sales manager did call the following day but did not offer any help. In fact on several occasions, she impatiently interrupted me; when I asked her not to interrupt, she never apologized.I cannot imagine why I would ever want to buy a car at Magnussen’s Toyota of Palo Alto. Nor will I ever recommend them to friends or family. Fortunately, I did find other Toyota dealers in the SF Bay Area who treated me with respect and honesty.

Consistently high quality service, their staff is excellent, and responsive to any questions I have. In over ten years of receiving service from Magnussen's I have always been satisfied with the care my car receives!

Took a little long (about 4 hours) for an oil change that i had an appointment for. However, a free Lyft ride was provided for me to go into my office. All staff was informative and friendly! Will be back for my next service.

I just bought a car on Monday & Vahid was absolutely amazing!! Super helpful, assisted in buying the car over the phone, then next day drove two hours to quickly sign papers and drive the car off the lot. This was my first car buying experience and he made it very easy to do. I even rang the bell!

Everything was done efficiently and within a day. The staff was personable. Dealing with two entitiles, Labor and Parts was a new experience, both well run but like separate entities. It slowed things down a little but not a lot.

We continue to enjoy excellent support from Palo Alto Toyota and Tony Aguirre in the service department. They are courteous, professional, and attentive to my every concern. As a 40 year customer we have purchased and serviced our many Camrys and Tacoma trucks there, and have never been disappointed.

I had a great experience getting my Prius seviced by Magnussen's Toyota. When I arrived at 07:00 am, my car was immediately registered by a Service Advisor, Crystal, She was efficient and knowlegeable and I was out of there meeting the Lyft driver within 10 minutes. And I got a call from Crystal a couple of hours later that the car was done. The did not try to sell me anything that was not really needed. Great exprience.

Great dealership.Why does there have to be so much sugar... There should be laws against this. 129% really?My last one never again. Pretty sure when I was a kid it didn't have 129% of my daily sugar content. Haven't seen if you drink this on a daily basis that it would be just as much a detriment to your health as smoking a cigarette.
