    I'm not sure why the bad reviews. I can always reach someone for my dumpster needs and the dispatchers are always good with getting them here on time. Having just moved here, our garbage is picked up regularly without any mess and with so much less hassle than other places I've lived. I think they are great in Port Huron/Fort Gratiot Service: Construction debris removal

    Visiting my daughter and witnessed garbage driver pyll trash from dumpster and threw on ground, then emptied can and drove off. Where my daughter lives they get gined for putting garbage on ground by can and not in ot. Who is going to make driver clean his mess up instesd of housins maintenance? Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional.

    Marcotte took advantage of my older brother-in-law by charging him $40.00 to haul off a few small, neatly rolled up and tied carpet remnants at my home. It was no bigger an amount than a few extra garbage bags, the only difference being they were not bagged. $40.00 is a lot to us old folks. Hey management, did you ever get to see that “hard earned” 40 bucks?Service: Junk removal

    I called Marcotte on Monday April 6th to ask when and if they were picking up bags of leaves and yard waste. Was put on hold while the girl who answered checked with her manager. She came back on and told me it was this week. I told her I lived on Spartan Drinve Fort Gratiot and I wanted to for sure make sure because I did not want to haul them if they were not coming she double checked and I was told yes for sure. It’s Thursday and they did not come I called and was told it will be next week that they will come they were giving out wrong information 😡😡😡 Shane on your company!!! Life is stressful and depressing and you just added to it!!! I feel bad for my neighbors but I will not haul them back in they can stay out for a week. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

    I want to tell you about 2 of the men who work for your company. I saw them in my neighborhood (16th St.) and give them kudos as one neighbor had rain soaked furniture and they didn't seem to have a problem with picking it all up and loading it into their truck. I don't think people understand what these men have to deal with. They also went to another neighbors who had what looked like heavy wet boxes and didn't seem to have a problem doing their job. Great Job guys! If more people watched what these men go through they would not complain, I for one could not do the job these young men do. 6/24/14

    Terrible customer service, can't complete a simple request of relocating a dumpster on my property after 2 weeks even though they've emptied it twice. Former customer as I've found a company with much better customer service to provide the same dumpster for half the price.

    Their job is to pick up waste, yet they constantly forget my clippings, and when I have to put them out with the garbage the next day they write me some yellow ticket telling me it's wrong. If they would do their job right in the first place, it wouldn't be a problem. They've picked up my clippings without prompting twice since I moved into this home. I've been living here for 16 weeks. Remembering to stop by my house 12.5 percent of the time is really a pathetic record. They don't even deserve the one star.

    I moved into my very first home in December, I called before we even moved in to switch over the billing info the lady informed me everything was taken care of and trash pickup in my area is every Thursday! Everything went smoothly and the few garabage men I saw were very polite when I seen them picking up my trash. Until one Thursday my trash was the only one on the street that wasn't picked up. First thing Friday I called and the lady I spoke with was unsure why anyone would have told me an account was set before pre-paying. I'm not an unsatisfied customer by any means, and I do understand new employees don't "know the ropes" but Im just unpleased with having to wait until next Thursday until it can be back to normal (now two weeks of trash) on something that was misunderstood... not on my end.

    Very unhappy with this company's service...2 man truck and my can always has trash left in it every week!!! The stuff in the bottom is from 3 weeks ago, plus they're rough on the trash cans. Unfortunately I'm hearing we have this company contracted for 5 years. Maybe they should have had to earn their money before they're paid for the job like the rest of us.
