We sometimes learn from our own mistakes too! Buying a part for a very good friend thinking it would work? I was very clear on the yr but they sold me a different yr because the part interchanged. My friend didn't want it, now I'm out of$80.00. I didn't see the sign ☢️ no refunds only credit. Sad part, I wasn't even warned which would have eased some confusion. But clearly I could have did a better job in my search. I did get a credit, but surprisingly the part was broken on both? but fixable. Would I go back YES, service was kind and friendly, this is a business that warrent respect too!

These are dishonest dealers who sold me defective A/C compressor and refused to accept return a few days after attempted installation (that was when my mechanic discovered it not powering on). It still was under warranty under many weeks. Avoid these people. Go to honest, hardworking dismantlers, not these scammers.

These guys are trash. Do not buy from them. I bought a Transmission from them and it is bad. I can't get a call back or a refund. They can't even replace my part. I could understand if they had another and wanted to exchange it, but no. Just want to sell bad parts and keep peoples money. Buy anywhere else! Service: Part finding & extracting

this guys are one of the worst companies in the auto dismantlers business.order a motor and ask him if he need it a payment and he said no!!!!!!! he said i will deliver Tuesday. call him Tuesday and he said, you have to give me a credit card because i don't pulled parts without a payment. i told him if he need it a payment and he said no.....now he is making some other story .

The owner very nice gave My husband a very good price to fix are BMW be back with a picture after there finished..

All the positive reviews are probably written by the employee's and/or friends and family, because I can't imagine anyone have a somewhat decent experience. If you don't want to be ripped off, then don't come here, because regardless of your attempts you will not prove to them that the part you received was already broken. Don't even bother with these dishonest folks.

I love to support small businesses, however when you encounter dishonest and greedy owners you wish the option for 0 stars was an option. Martin is a very dishonest and incompetent owner who was happy to sell me an a/c compressor a little above the average price, but was reluctant to refund me for it when I returned it on the 10th day after the sale with 20 days of warranty still backing it.Avoid this shop if you can. Look for all other alternatives.However if you purchase a mechanical part, get a guarantee for a potential refund. Otherwise you are guaranteed nothing, not even if it is displayed point blank on the receipt. Martin will find a way to twist around it in a very despicable way.

There are honest shops with hardworking and polite employees; this is not one of them. Received a defective part and was told that it is in good condition, when my mechanic clearly showerd me it was defective, lost about 200 bucks with this company. Martin will talk circles in attempt to prove that you made the product defective; how pathetic. Avoid of possible!

Hello, I want to let the entire community know that this auto dismantler is extremely fraudulent and rude. I am not sensitive to the rudeness, however I do not tolerate corruption! Every company that is this corrupt deserves to be called out. I do not usually post reviews, but this place scammed me by selling a defective item for $180 and didn't accept a return the following days when it was still under warranty. If you unfortunately have no choice but to purchase from this dishonest owner "Martin", double check that the part works because you will be left with a lighter wallet. The only thing they care about, is charging as much as they can from you, so don't ever expect a refund.
