The mechanic side of this place is terrible as well as the service. Had a car for 2 weeks and cant figure out what's wrong with it then they keep messing with it and made it to where it doesn't run now . Definitely going somewhere else for parts and a mechanic. They also don't tell you anything. You have to call every day till they decide to answer

2 AM

I ordered a wheel for my Nissan Frontier through Masterson's on a Tuesday. The gentleman on the phone was helpful and told me the wheel would be at my door by about Saturday. I received the wheel I ordered on Friday. The wheel's quality was better than anticipated. I'll check out Masterson's if I need parts in the future.

I bought a refurbished rear-end and it was bad. I had to go back and exchange it for a different one. Now Bobby is calling me 25 times a day and leaving filthy voice mails. He said I brought back the wrong rear-end and wants me to pay for it again. I definitely would not trust this guy. I have always had a great experience with them until now. Be careful guys

I highly don't recommend to buy anything from this Place, I called them from Nashville Tennessee about a Tailgate they told that the condition is A and nothing wrong with it!!! Then I drove for a 3 hours and got there to get that tailgate, then they brought me the tailgate and I saw there's a damage on it 5 hours work!!! Thank you for wasting my time and gas

After I promised and placated my customer that I would do my best to repair his car, I call to find out where my part is.......only to be told it was delivered to a random shop in Minnesota. Thanks for letting me know a week later.
