They have lacked in customer service for quite some time, but today was the straw. Gate was closed at 1:20 p.m., having called earlier before I got loaded to confirm the hours of operation (close at 3:45 p.m.). I called while at the closed gate, to inquire about the closed gate as there was no sign, and was told "we're closed but we'll open back up in an hour or so"....no explaintion and the gentleman was very rude. So I went to J.W. Walker And Sons Recycling and had a very pleasant experience.

They ripped me off on 10 pounds then docked me 4 pounds for a empty5 gallon bucket they are a bunch of crooks if u ask me

Just left there had 3 18" aluminum rims a couple rads and they tried to pay me $10 and some change.. I can go less travel to Marmaduke AR or other places and get atlease $10 per wheel...

Really crappy experience today due to website hours being different than actual hpurs. And closed early. I pulled in at 328 and they wouldn't unload it. Said they were closed. Website says hours of operation 730am to 430pm. But sign at hate says closes as 330. So why if I was there before 330 they refused to take my scrap

I have been trying to scrap some odd and end for the past three days and for some reason the web site will say open but the gate is shut and people working? Best prices around. Typically busy. They do experience some trouble with matchinery occasionally. But with every man made matchine there will be problems. I haul my stuff from 70 miles away to bring to mcoys. They are worth the trip in my opinion.they buy per 100lbs. Not by a gross ton which i like.
