Completely unprofessional receptionist, the lady you speak too needs to learn true customer service. Also, what company has a website but no where to pay a bill? It only has Venmo. That is completely unprofessional.

Rude. Unbelievably rude. I have never had anyone act this way. Got out removed trash from the bin and then dthrew it on the ground and then drove off. When I called he yelled at me. All I wanted was for him to come back and reempty the bin. I would even put it back in the can. Yes it was full but you ripped it out of the can. It was in a bag. I moved out of my old address 6 months ago. I notified Mecham's immediately, and so did my landlord in Palmyra. I got a bill the next month for January, February, and March garbage service. I called Jay and told him, and called his billing girl and told her I was no longer at that address and they would need to discuss the garbage service with my landlord and new tenants. I was told everything was taken care of and not to worry. Two weeks ago I got another set of invoices forwarded to my new address, billing all the way through June now for an address I moved out of in December! I called and emailed again, and sent a message through their fancy new website reminding them that I no longer live at that Palmyra address. No response to any of my calls or emails, but today I got yet another notice at my new address letting me know that garbage would no longer be picked up until the bill was paid. How many times do I have to tell you people I DON'T LIVE THERE ANY MORE.

They do their job, and if they make a mistake they are quick to fix it. Thank you for you part in keeping Utah clean.
