Easy & efficient; bringing scrap metal is very easy & staff is helpful & pleasant everytime I have been there... Extra cash from old appliances. Just take the time to remove any plastic which takes a bit of time & effort but you get more cash for the scrap.p.s. you don't have to do the above but I think you get less... Refrigerators have aluminum & copper parts that are more valuable if removed

I have been bringing scrap to Metalico for years. There are other scrapyards that I could use. And, one closer to where I live. I prefer to come here. The staff that works here are friendly and have taught me how to maximize my value of the scrap I bring. Over the years I’ve been coming here the operation seems to continue to improve. The yard and buildings are cleaner and better organized

Tried dropping off an aluminum scuba bottle with valve taken off and the women behind the glass was nasty and refused to take it because apparently it might have had something combustible in it. Lol. It’s a scuba tank !! With valve removed. Really ?? She really needs to find a different line of work.

I like how helpful and courteous the workers are. It’s the best place i’ve been too, everyone is so nice and i’ve been going here for about 10 years. I’m here atleast 3 days a week and i wouldn’t want it any other way.

i would much rather come here then niagara metals, they are rude there and they are far more nicer here. niagara metals employees need more training. metalico niagara falls has the best.
