I am a low volume user. They have a per bag service, where I buy orange bags from MidOhio. The driver picks up the orange bag when set it out on trash day. At $3/bag, my waste is $6 per month.

They told me I couldn’t get a 2 yard dumpster because they pick and choose who their residential customers are. They said they had to look at my property to decide rather or not they wanted to place their dumpster here. Then told me that they decided not to have me as a customer keep in mind my land is flat and has no obstructions in the way of a small dumpster so anyway I was even willing to pay them my 2 months up front even tho they said if they took me as a customer it would take up to 2 weeks to get me a dumpster. They still said no to me. And everyone on this road has them for trash service.

Literally just bought a house and called this company to set up service. I gave them my move in date but yet they dropped my trashcan off 3 days before i moved in AND they dropped it off at the wrong house. So when i called to get that situated, they said they would send another can out to me immediately and yet they still never showed. Havent even started my service with this company and im already about to drop them. Completely ridiculous
