I had my truck worked on here. The truck ran before i took it there and now it has a blown motor. The mechanic ran it without oil causing a bearing to fail. I took it there and told them exactly what i wanted but they did not listen and i ended up paying gor it. 1400 and i have a broken truck. My 2005 Peterbilt lost the bearing in an idler pulley and threw the belt off at a shipper in Starke, FL. After a Google search, I gave Miracle a call. I was able to provide them with the part numbers prior to the call out. After arriving at the location with the parts, their mechanic quickly repaired the truck. After receiving the bill, I was pleasantly surprised. The invoice states they had to go to Jacksonville to get one of the needed parts, but even so, I was only billed for three hours labor and the parts, and no service call fee like I’ve been charged numerous times before. The hourly labor rate was very fair and they didn’t mark up the parts an insane amount like some others do. Long story longer, I hope to never be broken down in Starke, FL again, but if I am Miracle will be my first call!

When I went out to my car I found out that I had a flat tire. Since I recently moved here I didn't really know anyone well enough to ask my neighbors for help. I found Miracle Automotive's website and gave them a call. Kirk, the owner and one of his team arrived at my apartment complex within minutes since his business was practically around the corner. Rather than towing my car he decided to fill up my tire so I could drive it to his automotive place, saving me the towing cost.He had my car fixed in no time at all and I can't say enough about his professionalism and the friendliness of his team. It also helped that his price was very reasonable. Thank you, Kirk, Dixie and team, it was a pleasure doing business with all of you!
