My truck broke down on the side of highway 22. They saved me and my family. Fast service plus great customer service, fair price. I'm very thankful for this Establishment. I Highly recommend this business. Thank you Richard for recommending them and helping.

We broke down with our 1 ton work truck in the middle of nowhere, between Salem and Lincoln City. This was the only company that was available on the weekend. Being our work truck and so close to the road, we really needed to get it moved. A man arrived to tow our truck into Salem for us. Not only did he seem as though he had very little knowledge of what he was doing, he also verbalized to us that he was new to towing. He was not sure of what he was doing, so he called his office for a consult to be sure he was doing it correctly. We should have known better at this point, but were in a very rough spot. After my husband helped him get things figured out, he felt as though it seemed fine to let him go. When we arrived to get our truck from the shop, they showed us the truck and the condition that it was in. That shop knows our truck well, as they sold it to us and also are our regular mechanics. The front end not only had our license plate missing, there were several dents in it and chain marks that were clearly from the chain whipping on it during transport. To make this story shorter, I'll just say that we contacted the owner of Mishler and he was very rude. He first told us that his employee had experience and that he trusted him. Later in the call he said that he was a new employee and that he consulted him during the hook up to be sure it was done correctly. Obviously, these don't line up. I will save adding several other details, but would certainly say that if you're looking for quality customer service, this is not the towing company for you. Also, I would not recommend them towing large trucks. Be cautious with hiring them and take pictures of your vehicle before sending them off with it. Ride with them if possible. I'm certainly not looking to ruin anyone's business, but I also would hate to see someone else go through what we went through with our truck. Mishler denied any fault and offered no compensation at all. Best wishes.
