I only needed two tires to hold me over until my full set arrived. I called and asked if they had any in my size and I was assure that indeed, they did and I was told they start at $30+. No problem.I make the trip down there, then the attendant precedes to tell me they’re $100 for two very used, near dry rotting, BARELY and I do mean barely, safe to travel on tires.He did this all with a straight face too! I wanted to give them some business, just not at the expense of safety and fairness.

Fast friendly service and prices are fair. Got a whole set of new tires for my Chevy truck 16 inch tires for 500 dollars. Definitely a good tire shop

I haven't actually used their services, but the employees are very friendly. There have been several times I sat on their bench after hours and charged my phone when I had nowhere else to go. I love my hometown.😍

I have used Mr Chapins many times. They are quick to get you taken care of. The pricing is very reasonable as well. Great experiences with them every time!

Had a flat on hwy (inside wall) and it less then a month old ( new tire) and this place wouldn't warranty it out. That what I get for not going somewhere else, never will I come back here. Sad because I get all my cars tires here.

Usually my family's go-to place, usually great service, I've been trying to get a rim for my car for a week, which they had to order(no big deal, were patient) There's been an extreme lack of communication, they don't keep track or their employees, or customers, never know who's helped who. They keep saying "tomorrow" "it'll be tomorrow" "for sure tomorrow" but it's been a week now. Called this morning because they said they'd "for sure" have the part we ordered, they said yes, they had it. Went there and they say they don't have it, don't know who we talked to, etc etc. Same thing we've been hearing. Extremely frustrated and will not go here again. Very disappointed overall. Good place if you need something fixed with a part they already have but if you have to order a part, consider yourself screwed.
