I deal with Mullins Auto Parts on an almost daily basis. I do pick up and delivery service for R&L Carriers. They are a pleasure to do business with. They take great care in making sure their shipments are prepared properly to reduce the chance of damage when they arrive at the customer.Recently I was in need of a wheel for my personal vehicle. They found me one and had it to me very quickly. I feel they treated me right and am satisfied with the wheel I received. I would use them again if needed.

Found the rim I needed on their Ebay. Chose the buy it now option. Paid for it with PayPal. A day or so later I got a notification from PayPal the money was refunded. I called and left a message with someone in parts because the extension for Ebay purchases won't let you leave a message and will disconnect. Never heard back from them. Poor communication. Ordered from somewhere else. I would avoid this company.

Ordered a part for my wife's 2013 Nissan Altima on Ebay and was a perfect experience. Shipping was fast, part was as described, color matched and communication was awesome. Will definitely do business here again and or reccomend others.

Needed a new Audi A6 engine. Called on about 10 from around the country. The one from Mullins looked like a decent price in decent shape. Spoke with Jeremy and I immediately had a different experience than with the other companies I called on. You could tell he was interested in understanding my need and helping ensure they had the right part. Everything went very, very smooth. Shipping costs were reasonable and very quick to get to Utah. It arrived today and looks very clean and complete (more complete than I was expecting). I haven't installed it yet, but so far Mullins and Jeremy have exceeded my expectations. Thank you!11/26/2018 UPDATE - Finally had the Thanksgiving weekend to get the engine installed. I cleaned the valves, updated the PCV, and replaced the gaskets on the vacuum pump since those are all weak areas on this engine model. So far it is running really well!
