Great guys, super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.Just went in today to pick up wheel rim I saw online. Part was still on the car, offered me the chance to remove myself. I have been to other places and often even if it's a you-pull-it part. They will send someone out and charge you full price.I have been here at least 3 or 4 times over several years. Always had a great experience. I definitely recommend this parts yard if you need something. Found what I needed at car parts website, and found exactly what I needed at Harbor Auto Recyclers.One more note, they even offered to pickup the part if I removed it since it was wet, muddy and snowing.I am not sure how they are over the phone, but in person, when not super busy, I have never had any issues.

Were very helpful and polite. They didn't have what I was looking for but they did have alot of different, mostly older models of all different makes of cars for parts. I will definitely be back and recommend to people I know.

Very rude and don't want to deal with talking to customers. Come here if you want to be treated like a big POS. Had a simple question and was rushed off the phone being told to go buy a brand new part and that it's not that expensive. Parts for my car are very expensive, so really appreciated yall making me feel bad like that. Never will be returning here again !

Every time I go there I find what I need for a really good price not like other place that charged you like is almost brand new this place is cheap and really nice staff the 2 women behind the counter always help me to find if they have the car and what I need before I go to the yard I recommend this place at 200% if you are nice they will treat you really good if you a D!¢€ HEAD they will try you like a d head but I love this place better than any junkyard around never have a problem whit trannis or engine I buy there really good warranty and cover the warranty if needea the way it is

I bought the Transmission for my 2006 Mini Cooper back on 10-05-2018 for $1100 And the transmission has so many problems after we installed and had to spend $1200 for mechanic and $900 for taking that back .When called Sales Rep Dominic he said it will be taken care not worry and he did not do anything then he transferred Eric saying he is the boss and he will takecare unfortunately he also same like Dominic Helpless .Then after a month when called same story it will be taken and sent me fake Pick up label it was almost 2 weeks the transmission is not yet picked finally when asked for refund Eric the great saying once they get back the transmission they will give me refund .Please beware about these people you will loose money and part and they will never help you i would suggest everyone not to do business with these people .

When i called for a part guy was very rude and said nope we dont sell them amd hung up on me in a matter of seconds before i could even say ok thank you.
