My family & I were traveling from WA to TX & I had to replace a rear brake in my Truck in Needles CA. I walked just short of 2 miles to NAPA to see if they had the parts I needed, which they didn’t have in stock. It was a day away and instead of telling me to wait, they took the time to not only drive me to get the parts I needed, they drove me to a competitor who had the parts in stock. They didn’t have to do this & frankly I was blown away at the hospitality they gave me. I was even given a ride back to my hotel to where I had to remove & replace my pads and rotor. I am very appreciative and would certainly recommend NAPA to anyone.

The lady behind the counter which I believe is the owner helped me get back on the road in no time got parts ordered they were there right in the morning Will recommend and use this particular Napa again

I pulled into local RV park late today and discovered both new LED lights on my car dolly had fallen or blown off today. Groan. So, I called the Needles NAPA 1/2hr before closing, and they (Dana?)delivered a new pair to me in 20mins. Extraordinary service!!!!! And, the NAPA version is much snugger fit than the Amazon mail-order they replaced. Can't say enough good things about the guy answering (he instantly texted me a photo of the plug to confirm fit). Clearly a well run NAPA!

I had a locking gas cap that was acting weird on my RV. I didn't want to get stuck and stopped at an Autozone in Needles. The guy there said he couldn't sell me a new gas cap that would fit and the part was not available. No substitute. I went back to my RV and called NAPA. The guy did a little research...some cross checking...and said I can fix you up. $7.00 Later I was back on the road. By by Autozone!

So let me say Steve was helpful the other counter guy couldn't get off his stool. I am a NAPA store owner from out of town when the$ 150.00 purchase was totaled i ask why there was no Courtesy discount for store owner The reply was we don't offer it I just had a guy from northern California that owns 2 stores come into my store and we certainly gave him a courtesy discount this is what we do I drove out of my way to go to their store I won't be doing that again .

Great place to buy Auto Parts I've been buying off of Napa for 62 years. A very good staff plus Big O Tires and garage is right next door they have a great staff of mechanics

My wife's car was giving her a bit of trouble while visiting family in Needles.I called around to find a good place to take it in. Steve was excellent on the phone and assured me that they could test the vehicle and determine if it needed a repair to the charging system or if a new battery was necessary.It was determined (correctly) that the battery needed to be replaced. We purchased the best one they had available and they installed it for an additional $15.All well and good and so far, 5 stars for Steve and his crew. However, after Steve left the store, the cashier failed to give us the 10% AAA discount we are entitled to at NAPA stores. Minus one star for telling my wife that the $5 rebate on the battery was good enough.

Napa stores are always great. Service is amazing. Amsoil authorized retailer. If you want your car to run smother and last longer i highly recommend Amsoil products they are Top shelf 👌
