This place is AWESOME. I stopped by to see if they had a visor part/repair kit for a rental car I was using on my trip. One of the staff, Matt, was nice enough to come out of the shop to take a look @ the visor. On top of that, he proceeded to FIX THE VISOR !!! Amazing customer service; I will definitely return when I am in the area and in need of supplies. I would highly recommend to anyone else in the area; excellent customer service.

Came into Moab half way in battery indicator came on and I had a hunch it was the alternator....sure enough the guys at the store did the check and confirmed it and they were nice enough to charge up the battery. While I changed the alternator .... Great service no B.S. they helped me out getting it done . Thanks

We needed help with a battery connection and Tyson came out and talked through it with us and physically helped us loosen and tighten the connection. We did buy a wrench to help tighten but we could not have done it without his help. He was kind and we are grateful!!

Had my check engine light come on during a trip through Moab. They helped me get it fixed, but there was a missing piece that they didn’t have in stock. They helped me figure out a solution that would work for us until we got to a bigger city. They even ran over to the local hardware shop to get some scrap wood for me.Highly recommend!

Derrick was fantastic. He knew what was wrong with my car, needed a new battery, he also know how to problem solve to make my car work correctly. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He is the owner. Thank you for all your help!

Does not honor coupons. I presented some restriction free NAPA coupons for Valvoline and AMSOIL products and was told "It's only valid for NAPA products." I said that there were no restrictions noted on the coupon and it didn't say that it applied only to NAPA products and his response was "Well I'm telling you it's not valid!" I asked if another NAPA would honor the coupons and he said "You could do that." So will take his advice an do that. 1 star for wasting people's time and bein' surly about it !

Derrick is immensely knowledgeable. I didn't even buy anything but he gave me the rundown on some issues I've been having with a 25 year old Toyota diesel.
