My newish car started making noises late obe evening as I drove to the store, and the screen gave a "low oil pressure" messsage. I had just had the oil changed. I pulled into this Napa, and told the guy what was happening. He not only sold me the oil I needed but researched where the filter was in my car and then came out and crawled under it and then showed me where there was a really bad leak. He told me they had probably used the wrong gasket or not used one or doubled it up which would prevent a proper seal. That turned out to be exactly right (wrong gasket on the oil filter). He helped me replace the oil and by God's grace, through Napa's exemplary customer service, I was able to get the car to a shop to get this fixed before the engine got damaged. Service like this is extremely rare.
