I receive specials and other deals from Napa online, and this franchise has recently chosen not to honor them any longer. Sooner or later you are going to have to step beyond the 1990's and understand that you can't rely on only the walk in customer who likely doesn't have the internet to compare prices. Corporate Napa obviously sees the issue as they are attempting to at least start to try to catch up to the other local parts stores who have a connected online presence to their physical stores. Honestly, his store is completely lost every time I place an order online! You are more expensive on most everything- but that was fine when you would honor the online sales, as you do have some harder to get items. Good products- but come on...why not honor the advertised sales from your own brand?

Amazing customer service. Went out of their way to try to help me fix a problem with my brake lights as I was passing through the town. Really appreciate it.

Big store with people who really want to help you. You don't feel stupid here and they aren't stupid either. If you're fixing something for the first time, but not a newbee, it's just nice to be able to ask a question and get some help with getting the right parts. Thanks again for being awesome!

They have good service and knowledgeable sales staff, this location has even helped me with installing my wiper blades and lights and stuff like that.

Wow. I walked in with what I thought was going to be either very difficult or very expensive. I planned to create an adapter cable, but Scott showed me a much Superior way to do it, and saved me both money and aggravation. Every time I've gone into NAPA, I have been treated courteously and professionally. I have never had a problem with any items bought in the store, but no they would replace or refund my money were that to occur.

The wifi here is not for customers, which made it difficult to verify part numbers or show the uninterested employee a picture of what I was after. I am not a mechanic and sometimes require some insight or advice... I prefer the Kalispell store for this reason.
