I've always liked NAPA. They usually have the best parts and always great service. They also carry some oddball items the others don't and offer pro grade tools, chemicals, and gadgets. Plus, when the other guys are at a loss, they call them. So there you have it! Not much else to be said.

I really love Napa auto parts customer service, but sometimes you'll get that person that really don't want to be there and has no consideration for others it just makes you wonder why didn't they stay home don't make others miserable that is a good workplace.

The employees that I have spoken to seem like they're knowledgeable regarding parts and supplies needed. Very helpful. Offered Discount if I donated to troops which is great. I did price around and they were more expensive than other part stores.

Don't think of this place as just another NAPA! It's not.The guys here are knowledgeable and friendly. Especially Al (the owner)! If they don't have what you need they do there best to get it for you. If it's not in stock, they can sometimes get it in for you that day and for sure have it for you by the next morning. This is my first stop of any parts store anywhere!

Had an issue with my truck and I was thinking it was a problem with my alternator. The alternator was bought from Napa but not by me. They did not have one in stock but got one in the same only to find put the alternator on my truck was not a Napa alternator.The guys were super helpful and I will be back!

Very friendly and knowledgeable service . Fast same day for majority of items . They can get a lot more than just auto parts , everything from semi trucks to lawnmower .
