Had an old trailer bearing start to go on the start of a long trip. John helped me get the right parts and helped me put them in the hub right there in his parking lot. Great people and service.

I just opened a new Auto Repair Shop in Orwell, NY. I called for the first time to get a part for my own truck while installing a plow on it. After calling 4 more times I still have no part. Not one of the two people we spoke to would return our call or even take the time to look for the part I need. That's a poor way to conduct business with a first time customer. I obviously won't be able to count on getting any part's for customers vehicles if I can't get a part for my own . COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The only thing I can say is they did answer the phone, not that it's done me any good.

Broke down just getting off the Pulaski, NY exit from I-81S and lost an idler pulley on our Dodge pickup towing our boat back from vacation. Called and asked if they had one and . . . 30-minutes later we're back on the road! God Bless NAPA - saves you every time! Great folks here too!
