The Gentlemen at this NAPA Store were super helpful! I was in a jam when one of my trailer bearings burned out on a Sunday. A great crew that were awesome to deal with! Because of them, I was back on the road with a new hub assembly in an hour. Keep it up Guys!

Myself and my son went to Napa. To buy auto parts the. Line of people were there do we started lookind car things a lady at to the Deck yelled at use com down she be with us in a minute. We did even no who was going to help us yet she acted like were being impatient. She gets a phone call and the person need alot on info. So we waited tell she done the thing is she made a costumer wait that was There at the store. Any parts place knows you put the caller on hold you help the people in store. So i asked another person to help so i told them all i needed but it had to be shiped my parts. Next day go in the guy order parts that would never work . And he gets mad at me in so the manger come over to make sure he put or orders the right parts. Next day all wrong parts. Agine the parts did not fit my truck. The sob tell another guy i dont no what i want wrong thing to say but i kept my cool . I get it all refunded and the said now tell us what you want slow. Made me mad o just want yo tell you all dont shop there they are so retarded. Because what i order was 2. 10 ft 3 in muffler pipe. And they could not get that tight. Plus they are so over priced. I got the right parts at O Riley's for $35 less

Good selection of parts, and the staff is willing to help, but at a cost.I avoid this place as much as I can, unless I know *exactly* what I need. By no means am I grand mechanic. I'm the YouTube mechanic, who will need help from people to make sure I'm not doing stupid stuff. I expect to go to a part store, be able to ask questions like "Do you think I need new brakes best off of this info?" and not get something to the extent of *sigh*"Well...you NEED brakes, of course. Why don't you just have a mechanic look at it?". The staff talks down to people, and they are just a pain to get a decent answer from.Like I said, unless I have a part number in hand as I walk in, and I know they have it (either from calling earlier, or checking online) I stay away. I may pay more elsewhere, but I love being able to ask a question without the staff thinking I'm an idiot.

I've always been very happy with the NAPA parts store. Stretch and all the guys always take very good care of me. if I have a new product that I'm trying to see if I want to use it they'll tell me the pros and cons of it. They're very knowledgeable they're on what they sell. Thanks guys for always taken good care of me I'll be back

Amazing place! Sure, counter guys can be grumpy but listening to the amount of questions they have to answer in a day, I can see why. Saw one customer curse at the counter guy because they had installed the part, the car later broke down, and they wanted to return the part.Couple that with what looked like constant phone calls, and a knowledge of what retail is like, I wouldnt expect a customer service rep to spend 15 minutes answering my question about which wiper blade is better like some people do.That being said, they have a ton of parts, decent knowledge, and just not enough time in the day to impart it all.

Guys are friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me the wrong parts one time but made it right, it didn't help that it was a split year vehicle model.
