Their part warranty is a scam. They say they process claims within 2 weeks - not true! 4 months later they lost the part. They say such things like: part not inspected, we just installed a new computer system which is slowing us down, need more info, need more time, I'll email this person or that and no answer to any emails they send, part lost, missing number and we are still looking for the part. To get your call through it's a 20-30 min wait ever time. To get a call back it's 2-3 days wait. Not organized because they are always missing something or losing something. I found it difficult to work with John Davis, Quinn, Rashel, and Mike.
