Black Snowfall

Everyone is very friendly, it's the only place near me where I can get good quality welding electrodes. Some things can be a little overpriced but when considering gas prices it's cheaper for me. I would highly recommend this store along with the DoitBest Hardware connected to it.

This is by far the best auto parts store I've been to! The guy I dealt with yesterday was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him what I needed and he got it and had me out of there quickly. Will definitely be going back here for any future auto parts I need.

Always had great service at this location. Today however, I stood at the counter for over five minutes with two employees typing on the computer. I was the only customer at the counter. I thought maybe they were really focused on what they were doing until they started watching the football game on the TV behind me and commenting on score. One employee then left to answer a third guy at another counters question. Over five minutes this went on and not even an " I'll be with you in a moment". Apparently not helping customers is a new standard here. I went across the street to Auto Zone and was directed to the part I needed and checked out in less time than I spent at Napa.

No longer carries carbs due to apparent 50% failure rate. Terry gets 5 stars, the other staff made me wonder if they've ever had an engine apart or studied anything but modern chinese junk. For further specification , 1978 f250, not some piece of lawn and garden. Dont go looking for carburetors here, as the one staff member said and i quote "We're not Jegs man".

My mom and I came into the store on August 18th, looking for 2 items. We were pleasantly greeted when we walked in and asked if we needed any help. I was helped by a gentleman named Randy with finding the right lock for my barn. My mom was helped by another gentleman named John who helped her pick out her new vise.They are very knowledgeable and friendly. We wouldnt go any other place!
