They are great at making hydraulic hoses prices aren't too bad

Bad service they had no idea what I needed and had a bad selection.

Some of the people here are complete idiots. But when you get someone who isn't, it's usually pretty nice.

Been here a few times for different reasons but times were great experiences. I recommend coming here for car needs. Great people and friendly staff. For me personally having great customer service is the best quality a business can offer.

My Dad worked at this store for nearly 15 yrs. Being mechanically inclined myself and also a bit of a tight wad, this worked out great for me because of the simple fact that since I started driving (with the exception of tire changes, A/C repair, and a couple other advanced level type repairs) I had the hook up on any/all parts for repairs and/or replacements that I encountered with the vehicles I've owned, so far. Until recently, at least.As you may have assumed, I also spent a large/abnormal amount of time here (especially when compared to the average time spent by the majority of other civilian patrons), so I can tell you with every certainty you desire; the guys behind that counter are the tops! Although, I can't say much for any new faces (the noob that helped me a few days ago seemed like another great fit tho), but the old vets like James, Chuck, Bob although not 100% but i may have heard he retired...still a good dude, same goes for all the other guys that have been behind that counter 5-6 days a week since I was about 15-16 yrs old. They are Knowledgeable, Friendly, Professional, and, most importantly, Helpful. Where many salesmen at whatever "other guy's" parts store you chose just don't measure up...If you need help with your set of wheels and it's not under warranty anymore, but you don't want to take it to a mechanic just yet....check out my bois at NATP Cape Girardeau (the original store for the brand)!!!!! They'll be more than willing to do what they can to help you silence that new odd noise, change that dead battery, or track down nearly ANY part you need to fix that old beater lol
