I will never take my vehicle here again. I was preparing to take a road trip & took my car in for a tune up. It was pricey, but I was happy to pay it, knowing that my car would be good to go, for my trip. After driving my car for a day I called New Generation to report that the car had an issue that it''d NEVER had before. I brought it back in & they had my vehicle for 2 full days.John wasn't sure if he had fixed it, but had me pick it up, as he had a personal matter to attend to. I left for my trip, praying that it would be ok. My trip went fine, but the issue was still there.Every time I accelerate, my car hesitates and then jumps forward. I have never had a problem with this before. It's an issue driving locally, but especially when merging on the highway.I called to report to John that the problem didn't go away. Previous to this phone call, my husband was told by an employee that the new hoses that were put in were actually taken out, and the old hoses were put in their place, in hopes of resolving the problem. John said he didn't know what I was talking about. He was quite rude and said that I'd need to bring my car back in so they could look at it. That's not happening as I don't trust them, at all!!I really hesitated to leave this review. But, it upsets me that I may have paid for new hoses that were then removed. I should have been refunded for them. And, I am stuck with the issue my car has now. I'll be taking it somewhere else to get fixed...something I shouldn't have to do.

New Generation Tire & Auto is trustworthy business! They are professional, genuine, and HONEST! Thad went above and beyond to fix my car yesterday including staying past his hours and driving to another town to get the parts I needed for my car. He contacted and updated me throughout the day. This is one business I trust. They are loyal to their costumers and do not rip them off. I highly suggest using them!!

As usual, John went above and beyond to fix my car. He was able to diagnose almost immediately and was able to help as soon as the part came in. 5 stars isn’t enough for him. He’s easy to talk to and explains what he’s doing in a way that you can understand. You never want to see a mechanic because of a surprise fix, but I’m SUPER grateful John was there to get the job done!

John is fantastic. He figured out, and very quickly took care of my issue. Even though I'm a huge DIY guy he went above and beyond to earn my return business. I definitely recommend stopping by if you need to have repairs done. He is very fair.

I've been taking my vehicles to John at new generation for almost 2 years now. In my opinion the most important factor with a mechanic is trust. John is an honest and trustworthy business owner. He's timely, always pleasant and does good work. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to see him. You won't be disappointed.

Walked In and talk to John about putting coilovers on my car. Not a thing he normally does but he did it anyway. Idk alot about cars outside changing a tire or oil. John will tell you exactly what he thinks is wrong and won't cut corners. He worked till 5pm on a Saturday to fix my car. Stayed late to finish my car cause I needed it back for work sunday.. whats that tell you?

This morning I had rear pads and rotors replaced on my 2015 Toyota Camry and I'm extremely happy with the work that John and his coworker provided. John not only fixed my brakes in a very timely manner but his price was outstanding. I'm a first time customer and will definitely be taking my car back soon. Everyone needs a good mechanic, John and crew are definitely mine. They are honest, skilled, and knowledge. I have been taking 2 vehicles to them now for a few years and it is refreshing that I don't need to worry about them doing unnecessary work or upselling. They do great with European cars too. Definitely recommend!
