    Rented a U-Haul and it was terrible. If you've ever rented from an actual U-Haul, they walk you through how to operate the vehicle and are super hands on. Nick's here wasn't helpful at all. The front side driver door wouldn't shut, the gas cap light kept blinking even though it was on tight, AND I got charged an extra $60 for going 10 miles more than the 80 miles I signed up for. $200 to go from Springfield to Dayton just ain't worth it in my book! Go to an actual U-Haul - DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!

    I rented a U-Haul there a while back. It was an easy transaction. I returned it early and the lady made my refund on the spot. Nice and professional. I highly recommend them.

    I have been to this location 4 times and 3 of those times had different people with me. Everytime they all individually stated the lady that runs the front is rude. I agree totally with them she is no better then any of us.

    Workers here look like junkies. They lie about the price of the stuff rip you off and they cheat the mileage. Don’t rent a uhaul buy a car or even look at there services. Straight up trashy place.
