I cannot speak for others but only for myself. I didnt have a bad experience, neither did I have a over the top experience either. For that reason I am giving it a 3. Tony and Cathy are very responsive and are more than willing to help you find what you are looking for. In my particular case, I need a new wheel. They found one pretty close to what I was lookong for. They were not able to pull it off the vehicle right that day but had it ready to go the next day. It cost me a hundred dollars plus my wheel. Now I didn't bither to take off my original working wheel sensor for air pressure. I called back to which Tony was glad to have ready for me to pick up. Now, Tony was not the one who directly gave me back my sensor, it was Cathy. When I went back to the tire repair shop that had good news and bad news for me. The sensor is in but it is not working. Now I knew it was working before, why not now. I don't want to assume anything. I now have to order a new sensor. I will go back if needed but will do more research before hand which I recommend as well.

This husband and wife LLC are scammers and liars.1. WEB LISTING MISSINFORMATION. They listing parts with grade A0 - no damages and scratches, but NO prices, you have to call them.Over the phone a woman gave me price $150 for the rear bumper assy., but I have to come there to choose the bumper and pay huge a $100 deposit.2. INVOICE SCAM: After I paid $100 deposit she gave me an invoice and I left. On the way home I have checked an invoice and it was showing not all bumper assy., but bumper cover ONLY. I called her and she was arguing that the complete bumper assy. will cost $200, not $150.It's a lie, because I said ten times all bumper assembly, and they listing it on the web for $150.I want to cancel the deal and at that point she agreed to sell it for $150.3. PART SCAM. Next day after I paid rest of the balance and got the bumper assy., I discovered that this bumper was having huge two feet long deep gauge, scratches, missing paint on corners and other facial damages. This bumper was different they showed me day ago.Never will buy from them again.

The couple helping us was friendly and helpful. They told me that they would pull the part and be done in 20-30 minutes. It was exactly that and when I was back, they had the part out to my car.

I needed some body panels for my 2004 civic. They pulled all the correct items and threw in an extra headlight. Very good deal and experience overall. Will do business again if needed.

I don't know why everyone is complaining. Every time I've worked with them they have been super helpful. I was looking at an engine and the guy was gracious enough to pull the car down just to show me it ran. I ended up going somewhere else just because they had the engine I really wanted but I called back to get the transmission and am just waiting to save enough money to buy it. Bottom line, it's a salvage yard. I think for a business like this they are just fine.

Very rude lady who answers the phone hung up on me twice after asking for a price on a used transmission .. She finally told me she did not want to sell it. Guess that is why they have 5 of them in stock....

I am very happy with the service and part I ordered from North Imports. I was running into a issue and with their help I was on the road right away and solved my problem. Next time I need used parts I know where to order them from. Very helpful. I will give them a 💯 Satisfied. Thank you.

You probably saw the rating already and I hope it'll stop you from doing business with them.Paid for my part in advance and had it shipped to me. The part was in horrible condition. It was all scratched up and a few tabs were broken, probably while he was talking it off. Tried calling them to get a refund and they hang up on you without even listening. Went in and the guy was straight up rude and calling me names.Had to leave the part right there and got my money back through the bank.Save you money, time and peace of mind and about them at all costs!

This place is a joke. Said they had an engine i need for a Toyota camry. Called every day for 1 week to pay for it so they will remove it. The old lady answering the phone just hangs up. "No sorry, he's out in the yard"-click. Called and called and called, finally got through to man in charge, told him i wanted to pay for engine so he could get it pulled. I just said i'm a little concerned about the quality of the engine due to his poor google reviews. He said "that's ok, if you don't want to end up with junk you can buy from someone else if it makes you more comfortable" i guess is good he's honest about having a 1 star business.

If I could give this place -20 stars, I would. Never ever come here! Management is absolutely terrible. I would consider myself a nice person, but this place got me fired up. Horrible "help" on the phone even with the several people i talked to. The main woman in charge even hung up on me when i was blankly asking information and said "I needed to get over it" when I called back for clarification. Absolutely terrible. Never apologized about her horrible and rude behavior and even had the nerve to yell at me over the phone. You call yourself a business? Take a course on proper communication with your customers.
